Bridal makeup is all about the base. The best results come from consistent skin prep and clear planning—so your look wears beautifully through the entire day.
Non-negotiables
Arrive makeup-free + deposit sent = confirmed booking and smooth start.
4–6 weeks before
- Keep skincare consistent—avoid introducing brand-new active products.
- Schedule any facials at least 1–2 weeks before (no aggressive treatments close to the date).
- If you plan to tan, do a test run to confirm shade and undertone.
24–48 hours before
- Hydrate and moisturize. Skip harsh exfoliants, peels, or new products.
- If you wax/dermaplane/thread, do it 48+ hours before to avoid irritation.
- Prioritize rest—puffy under-eyes and dehydration affect makeup texture.
Wedding day arrival
Please arrive ready for your session with no makeup on. Clean skin allows for proper prep and the most seamless, long-wearing base.
Wear a button-up or robe (anything that won’t pull over the face) and have your hair prepped according to your timeline.
Deposit requirement
To reserve your date, please ensure your deposit is sent. Bridal dates are confirmed once the deposit is received.
Bring / share (recommended)
- Dress + jewelry photos to match tones (gold/silver, warm/cool).
- Inspo (2–4 images max) plus notes on what you love (eyes, skin, lip).
- Your schedule: ceremony time, photo time, and when you need to be ready.
Touch-up essentials (suggested)
Blotting sheets or a clean tissue (press—don’t rub).
Lip product for touch-ups (I’ll tell you what shade family we used).
A mini powder only if needed (lightly, on the T-zone).
Setting spray if you’ll be outdoors or dancing all night.

If you’re booking bridal, a trial helps us confirm tones, intensity, and wear—especially if your venue lighting is dramatic or you’re wearing heavy jewelry/veil styles.
